Penny was picked up by a wonderful animal control officer in a rural area of Utah. She was Laying on the road after being hit by a car and was in labor! We were able to get her immediate medical attention, and she was taken to emergency surgery that evening. Sadly, her kittens didnt survive the accident but despite her numerous fractures and shock, she fully recovered.
